For the closing ceremony of the Beijing International Film Festival, actor and singer Liu Yuning wore a double-breasted, unstructured, asymmetrical, fluid and slit dinner jacket frock coat in midnight blue powdered wool, midnight blue silk velvet and double silk georgette crepe in midnight and duck shades. The vintage buttons are solid silver. This outfit was shown during the First Circus Haute Couture collection. Images Brett Lloyd.
With the dior icons capsule, the house continues to reinvent dior's masculine identity and conceives an ultra-desirable neo-wardrobe. A fusion of excellence, each silhouette reveals subtle finishes. Wide-leg pants, slip-on shirts and refined t-shirts in cotton and silk are all fluid, lightweight pieces, expressions of discreet luxury. Balancing simplicity and sophistication, the bags reflect the virtuoso expertise of the ateliers, notably the dior normandie, available in three captivating shades: black, gray and cognac. Celebrating the house's unique heritage down to the smallest detail, creations in the dior privéline feature suede calfskin lining enhanced by the dior oblique motif. The b01 matchpoint sneakers, embodying a vintage spirit, are distinguished by their sober curves and promise a bold stride. A delicate touch, the “dior” signature emblazons the tongue, sole and inner panel. Timeless elegance to be discovered in stores from april 27, 2025. Blake Lively wows in ZUHAIR MURAD for #Time100 Gala.
Lively's dress came courtesy of the designer's spring 2025 ready-to-wear collection. Blake Lively was honoured as one of TIME's 100 Most Influential People of 2025 for her philanthropic work—but at the TIME100 Gala last night, it was her heartfelt speech about her mother, Willie Elaine McAlpin, and the resilience of women that the audience found touching.. She arrived in a striking red Zuhair Murad Spring 2025 off-the-shoulder taffeta gown, complete with a dramatic train. Was the bold colour a nod to TIME’s iconic red, strength, or perhaps a tribute to the fierce femininity she spoke about in her speech? I’d wager all three. We know Blake doesn’t do things by halves. While the gown itself had a quieter elegance than her usual go-big-or-go-home aesthetic, she cranked the volume back up with Lorraine Schwartz emerald and jade jewellery. The earrings were enough to stun on their own, but true to Blake form, she added bangles and rings because restraint has never been her thing. And honestly? I’m not mad at it. Also, can we take a moment for the hair? Whether it’s the result of her own haircare line or a new stylist with magic hands, Blake’s 2025 hair game has been consistently glossy. Like, mirror-shine levels of glossy. She may have toned things down ever so slightly, but the drama, the sparkle, and the Blake-isms we love? All accounted for. Christian Louboutin Crystal Queen sandals completed her look. Louis Vuitton Mon Monogram - Louis Vuitton - LV STYLE DIARY Spring Edition is out now discover more in our magazine.

The Rose des Vents collection, originally designed by Victoire de Castellane in 2015, is being reinvented with a series of never-before-seen creations to celebrate its ten-year anniversary. Inspired by the compass rose in Christian Dior’s childhood garden in Granville, this beautiful eight-pointed star – also the founding couturier’s favourite number – became a lasting symbol of his life and work. An iconic odyssey, the Rose des vents line, devised in 2015 by Victoire de Castellane as a tribute to the history, the essence of the House, is reinvented through a series of unprecedented pieces. It all began in Granville, Christian Dior’s cherished childhood town, where a compass rose featured in the garden of his home, the villa Les Rhumbs. From then on, this maritime symbol – a fabulous eight-pointed star echoing the founding-couturier’s favorite number – guided his every step, like a thousand-faceted beacon. A mystical legacy that inspired the Artistic Director of Dior Joaillerie to create priceless keepsakes to be held close. This journey carried by the enchanting whim of winds unfurls through spellbinding stories – Rose des vents, Rose Céleste, the charms, Étoile des vents – enriched this season with extraordinary new additions. The dreamlike Rose des vents adventure continues with the appearance of a ring glowing with the infinitely graphical spirit of Tribale. A wonderful surprise, a watch designed as a sacred pendulum, dressed in all the codes of the collection. Subtle echoes of Monsieur Dior’s passion for the divinatory arts, the Rose Céleste creations are sublimated by the sun and moon in a hypnotic reversible interplay. These medallions can now be combined with a necklace, a ring or even a Tribal earring for multiple manners of styles. Objects of desire embellished with mother-of-pearl and onyx for delightful combinations. Fusing the House’s emblems with Victoire de Castellane’s abundant aesthetic, captivating charms add a distinctive aura to Rose des vents pieces. Lily of the valley, hearts, roses, skull and crossbones, ivy and a bee in flight form an alliance of stones and shimmering nuances, and are revealed on a necklace, a bracelet, asymmetrical earrings, a brooch, a transformable ring – to be placed on one or two fingers to evoke the poetic hovering of the bee as it pollinates the rose – and a majestic plastron*. The latter, a veritable statement, brings together all the themes of the collection and conceals secret gems on the back for even greater refinement and exclusivity. Spotlighting Dior’s unique heritage, the Étoile des vents chapter features outsanding models magnified by the founding-couturier’s lucky symbol. A talisman, punctuated with sparkling diamonds, embellishes a range of irresistibly bold, modern ear cuffs. Multiplied, it dares mix-and- matching sizes and settings to create elegant constellations, notably with a necklace or earring. A celebration of all the Rose des vents magic. *The ring, earring and plastron will be unveiled in July 2025.

Like a sun-drenched poem, the ZUHAIR MURAD Spring 2026 Bridal Collection embraces the most virtuous form of romance, celebrating love through regal silhouettes. Sensual and luxurious, the gowns melt onto the body, lit by the shimmer of sequins. Sculpted bodices, plunging necklines, and corsets delicately contour the figure before cascading into majestic volumes at the waist. Both luminous and radiant, the ethereal fullness of lace gowns conjures a poetic and refined world, echoing the softness of petals and the sparkle of crystals. They envelop the body’s curves as floral embroideries bloom and scatter along silk tulle. The flawless lines of a sheath dress ignite under the embrace of an overskirt—joined together for the ultimate expression of allure. To complete the look, long sheer gloves adorn the arms with a touch of enchantment. Duchess satin is sculpted into meticulous draping across precious sweetheart necklines, then flows freely into a solemn silhouette. Crystal embroidery asserts itself—scattered in places, dense in others—evoking radiant brilliance throughout. Pure white, delicate ivory, softly powdered nude… every shade finds its place on the canvas of this floral dream. And beneath these divine creations, each bride becomes an eternal muse—an embodiment of love, endlessly aglow. Vinile is born—the brand that transforms icons of the past into contemporary masterpieces, blending heritage and innovation through a unique and unprecedented design.
Based in Maranello, the heart of Italy’s Motor Valley, Vinile draws inspiration from the principles of music remastering, reinterpreting iconic products from various worlds in a modern key. With an extremely innovative and visionary approach, Vinile does not simply revisit the past but rewrites its stylistic codes, creating unique pieces with a distinctive character. A new lifestyle concept that perfectly achieves the dual goal of updating existing objects while simultaneously creating new forms of beauty, all while respecting the highest standards of craftsmanship under the prestigious “Made in Italy” label. THE FIRST PROJECT: VINILE REINTERPRETS THE RANGE ROVER CLASSIC Vinile makes its debut with the reinterpretation of an automotive icon: the Range Rover Classic. Limited to just 15 units, this creation blends the charm of a classic car with premium materials and a highly contemporary concept, transforming it into a true work of art on wheels, strictly “Made in Maranello.” RANGE ROVER CLASSIC BY VINILE At the heart of the project lies the ambition to recreate a luxurious and refined vehicle with the ambiance of an elegant residence—an objective achieved through the revision of the exterior lines, making them more streamlined, and a complete transformation of the interior. The engine, fully overhauled, retains the original displacement options (3.5, 3.9, and 4.3-liter V8 fuel-injected gasoline engines) while receiving upgrades that boost its power output—approximately 200 horsepower compared to the original 167. ENHANCED AESTHETICS WITH RESPECT FOR THE PAST Vinile pays the utmost respect to the original lines of the Range Rover Classic while refining details: gaps and panel alignments on doors, hoods, and windows are tightened, and all metal parts are expertly hand-crafted by skilled artisans. New side skirts enhance the vehicle’s aesthetic appeal. A distinctive feature of the brand appears on the side: a glossy black band with yellow accents, a nod to the trim detail seen on modern Range Rovers. A LUXURIOUS LOUNGE WITH STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY Technology is seamlessly integrated while preserving the car’s original character. The dashboard features a 10.1-inch capacitive HD touchscreen (Sony-based) for navigation, audio control, and parking cameras, equipped with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless connectivity. A knurled-finish touch encoder on the center console allows intuitive control of various onboard functions, including customizable ambient lighting. USB Type-B and Type-C ports ensure convenient charging for electronic devices. THE ATMOS INFINITE ‘HALO’
A NEW INTERPRETATION WITH A WHITE LACQUER DIAL AMPLIFIES THE AESTHETIC PURITY OF THE DESIGN KEY FACTS:
The invention of the utmost perpetual movement has been the dream of physicists for centuries. Unique in the world of horology, the creation of the Atmos clock in 1928 brought this dream to life – not just as a remarkable timepiece, it is a kinetic work of art defined by the distinctive form of its mechanism. In 2022, Jaeger-LeCoultre introduced this extraordinary clock in an entirely new design – the Atmos Infinite – and in 2025, La Grande Maison presents a new interpretation of the design: a limited edition of 100 pieces with a white lacquer dial. AN EXTRAORDINARY TIMEPIECE LIVING ON AIR Invented in 1928 by Jean-Léon Reutter, the Atmos seems to defy the laws of physics: running independently of human intervention, it draws its energy from infinitesimal variations in the ambient air temperature. The secret lies in a hermetically sealed, gas-filled capsule, which is connected to the clock’s drive spring by a membrane. The slightest temperature variation changes the volume of the gas, causing the membrane to ‘breathe’ like the bellows of an accordion, and wind the spring. A temperature fluctuation of just one degree Celsius provides the clock with an operating autonomy of about two days, enabling it to run perpetually. An ode to transparency and minimalism, the Atmos Infinite ‘Halo’ is a design of great purity yet remains true to the intrinsic identity of the Atmos. A 21st-century reinterpretation of the classical Art Deco “glass box” Atmos design, the smooth, cylindrical glass cabinet of the Atmos Infinite ‘Halo’ also recalls the rounded “bell jar” domes of the very earliest models. With its complete absence of visual distraction, the seamless glass cabinet gives full value to the remarkable Atmos mechanism, which appears to float freely within it. In fact, it is held in place by glass supports, designed to be virtually invisible. From every angle, this allows an unrestricted view of the entire mechanism, with the bellows, chains and gears that keep the clock moving. MINIMALISTIC DESIGN ENHANCED BY A WHITE LACQUER DIAL The white lacquered dial, composed of two circles that create an impression of visual depth, is complemented by polished baton-shaped applied indexes and hands that match the silvery rhodium finish of the mechanism. An exercise in refined simplicity, it exemplifies how removing unnecessary details allows the true elegance of an object to emerge. The making of the dial ring is an intricate process that demands great precision. The purity of the white requires 10 coats of lacquer to be applied, with rigorously controlled drying after each layer. The lacquer is then polished, and a varnish is applied to protect it during the machining of tiny indentations to accommodate the indexes. This painstaking craftsmanship ensures a flawless finish, where clarity and balance define the final aesthetic. Once completed, the protective varnish is carefully removed, and the indexes are attached in their slots. On a metal outer ring, the minutes are marked by tiny, indented dots. Their form echoes the round indentations on the annular balance, which oscillates in its slow and mesmerising rhythm beneath the body of the movement. This subtle detailing reinforces the purity of the design, where every element has a role, and nothing feels excessive or out of place. The approach to design is echoed by the clock’s functions: Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 570 is an hours-and-minutes movement that eschews the distraction of additional complications. By focusing only on the essential, it embodies the philosophy that true sophistication lies in simplicity. The open-worked construction – a characteristic of Atmos calibres – is likewise refined to its purest form, yet fine watchmaking finishes, including brushed surfaces, polished edges and Côtes de Genève stripes, combine to create an intriguing play of light and reflection. With its clean lines and thoughtful proportions, the Atmos Infinite ‘Halo’ allows the craftsmanship and quality of materials to shine through, proving that less is indeed more. The new interpretation of the Atmos Infinite ‘Halo’ epitomises Jaeger-LeCoultre’s constant quest for aesthetic evolution married to a deep commitment to technical excellence and innovation anchored in horological tradition. Designed, produced and assembled in a dedicated workshop within the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre, the new, limited-edition Atmos Infinite ‘Halo’ will be unveiled in Milan on 8 April 2025 during the Milan Design Week, the world’s leading design event. THE LION OF MADEMOISELLE Five jewels that tell the time, (images above 1 and 2) a masculine model – the MONSIEUR PLATINUM LION TOURBILLON WATCH – and a clock – the DIAMONDS ASTROCLOCK – enchant THE LION OF MADEMOISELLE collection for which the CHANEL Watchmaking Creation Studio combined jewelry savoir-faire and exceptional watchmaking skills. “The lion is an integral part of Mademoiselle’s inner world” observes Arnaud Chastaingt, Director of the CHANEL Watchmaking Creation Studio. “Today, the lion’s majestic depiction radiates across all of the Maison’s creations, claiming its place among the timeless codes passed on by the designer. It is an inspiring symbol - one whose authority and elegance I hold in deep admiration.” J12 BLEULIMITED EDITION For the first time ever, CHANEL dresses its iconic watch in blue matte ceramic (image above 3). Twenty-five years after the J12 revolutionized the watch industry - the black edition launched in 2000 and the white in 2003 - the J12 BLEU explores a new territory where the expert savoir-faire of the CHANEL Manufacture gives rise to a series of exceptional creations in an exclusive colour. “In the course of 25 years, CHANEL has elevated ceramic to the level of a precious material” says Arnaud Chastaingt, Director of the CHANEL Watchmaking Creation Studio. “The art of ceramic is undeniably CHANEL watchmaking and our outstanding savoir-faire: it is an inspiring material that, thanks to the genius of our engineers, offers a vast creative playing field”. A collection of nine watches, some of which set with bright blue precious sapphires, is casting the spotlight on to the J12 BLEU. J12 RIVER DIAMONDS The J12 an icon is further updated in 2025, as the Creation Studio chooses the diamond like an evening dress and transforms white gold into the seams of two monochrome J12s. Paying tribute to Gabrielle Chanel’s love of this precious gem, the two J12 RIVER DIAMONDS watches are a demonstration of the House excellence in stone-setting (images above 4 and 5). The silhouette of the J12 RIVER 38 MM BAGUETTE-CUT DIAMONDS is shaped by 630 diamonds that required 148 hours of setting, expertly carried out by the CHANEL Manufacture artisans. Infinitely precious down to the smallest detail, the oscillating mass of the 12.1 Caliber is magnified by 52 diamonds. The J12 RIVER 33 MM BRILLIANT-CUT DIAMONDS in white gold and entirely set with 1661 diamonds, each one perfectly reflecting the light through its 58 flawlessly aligned facets. For the ultimate finishing touch, the Caliber 12.2’s oscillating mass, set with 32 diamonds, is visible through the transparent sapphire case back. MADEMOISELLE PRIVÉ Opening the gates to Gabrielle Chanel’s private world, the MADEMOISELLE PRIVÉ collection highlights the motifs and symbols she loved to surround herself with. These references have become timeless signatures of her style. One of these is the camellia flower that, in 2025, blossoms on two secret MADEMOISELLE PRIVÉ BOUTON CAMELLIA watches. (image above 6). A true lesson in style, the PREMIÈRE watch freely explores new territories, as seen in two new creations for 2025. For the first, the bracelet lengthens and wraps twice around the wrist; while for the second, the watch becomes a double row necklace. The PREMIÈRE part of CHANEL’s watchmaking history since 1987 For these two limited creations, PREMIÈRE plays with its bracelet and reminds us that Gabrielle Chanel always made accessories the signature of her style. By wrapping the interlaced leather chain twice around the wrist, the PREMIÈRE ICONIC CHAIN DOUBLE ROW bracelet creates a look that is both sensual and unexpected; the black lacquered dial stands out with insolent elegance. With the same free spirit, the PREMIÈRE ICONIC CHAIN NECKLACE transforms the bracelet into a necklace, highlights the graphic lines of the PREMIÈRE watch clasp worn as a pendant. These unique creations add a new chapter to the book of CHANEL style and allure (last image above and below). In total Chanel unveils ten collections in total this April, with Chanel Blush Watch Capsule Collection being largest, consisting of 14 models.
