Bella Hadid in Schiaparelli and chopard jewellery at The Cannes Film Festival

Chopard sustainable high jewellery and Schiaparelli Haute Couture design on Bella for the “La Bataille De Gaulle: L’Âge De Fer” red carpet premiere on Wednesday in Cannes.

Bella Hadid wears custom Schiaparelli at the "La Bataille De Gaulle: L'Âge De Fer" (De Gaulle: Tilting Iron) screening at the 79th Festival de Cannes on May 20th. Hadid had an ivory gown that referenced Birkin look from the 1969, completely crafted in trompe-l’œil lace embroidery made of cords and anchor threads with a dramatic plunging neckline and tiered mermaid train. A black jewel element with teardrop details featured at Hadid’s waist and provided tonal contrast to the ornate look. Black corset lace detailing was also included at the back of the dress.
