Penélope CRUZ is back in cannes with "La bola negra"

"The Black Ball" is a 2026 drama film directed by Javier Calvo and Javier Ambrossi, inspired by the unfinished work of Federico García Lorca. The film explores the inter-connected lives of three gay men across three different eras: 1932, 1937, and 2017. It premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and is set to be released in Spain on October 2, 2026. The film's cast includes Guitarricadelafuente, Miguel Bernardeau, Carlos González, Milo Quifes, Lola Dueñas, Penélope Cruz, and Glenn Close. The production involved filming in various locations across Spain, including Castile, León, Cantabria, Andalusia, and Madrid.

Haifa Wehbe attended the screening of "La Bola Negra" at the 79th Cannes Film Festival, wearing sheer black Gucci dress with black feathers and Gucci GG monogram on its lower part.

The star wore the chunky Rosina necklace by Pasquale Bruni, crafted in white gold and white diamonds with a ruby and pink sapphire halo heart pendant, made to look like opening rose. Lebanese beauty paired her necklace with Rosina earrings and a Rosina ring in white gold and white diamonds. As a finishing touch, she wore the iconic Giardini Segreti rings, also crafted in white gold and white diamonds.
