Following a pop-up in Shanghai in 2024, the French fashion house has opened its first permanent location in the region at Landmark Prince's building in Hong Kong, signaling confidence in the city's retail recovery amid growing investment in new developments and events. Taking its cue from the brand's recent expansion of its shop-in-shop at London department store Harrods, the 1,700-square-foot space features a gold-and-black apartment-like interior conceived by Schiaparelli creative director Daniel Roseberry in collaboration with Stockholm-based architecture agency Halleroed. Inspired by the maison's historic headquarters at 21 Place Vendôme in Paris, the appointment-only space unfolds as a sequence of interconnected rooms with a Surrealist twist. The VIP dressing room looks like a living room, while jewels are displayed in a bathroom lined with gold mosaic tiles, complete with a solid gold toilet.
