A vision of the Greek islands Zeus+Δione presents its new sunglasses collection, where bold hues, tonal gradients, and dual tones meet sculptural silhouettes, and intricate metalwork. Each frame is named after a Greek island, from Syros and Lemnos to Anafi and Ithaca, inviting you on an imaginable voyage through the Mediterranean. Signature design elements from the brand’s Ready-to-Wear collections translate into eyewear.
The acanthus motif, rooted in Corinthian columns and neoclassical architecture, is now engraved onto sculpted metallic temples, mirroring details from the Resort ’25 Acanthus Mollis collection. The crystalline dégradé effect, a Z+Δ hallmark, gives the Serifos sunglasses a luminous, multidimensional finish, while the rhythmic Doric pleats of the Aphaia dress take new form as goldtone engravings on the Kimolos temples. Craftsmanship remains at the core of this collection. The frames are made from Mazzucchelli acetate, and Zeus+Δione is the only Greek brand using Carl Zeiss lenses, renowned for their superior quality. Production takes place locally in Greece, emphasizing traditional techniques, handcrafted precision, and innovation. Each pair undergoes 55 to 70 processing stages, with only five relying on machinery. A testament to the elaborate process is lens polishing, where four artisans use four different brushes in succession to achieve a flawless, glass-like shine. Zeus+Δione’s sunglasses collection is where expert craftsmanship meets today’s elevated design, an embodiment of Greek creativity with a timeless essence |
