The " Dimore in cerca d'autore " project has chosen Palazzo Alaleona in Montegiorgio as the setting for its new short film, Mi fermo qui (I Stop Here) , written by Paolo Consorti and Anna Olivucci, directed by Consorti, and produced by Sandro Angelini – Piceni Art For Job. It stars Denise Tantucci, with Victor Carlo Vitale co-starring, and features music by Daniele Di Bonaventura. Following the Giornate degli Autori showcase at the 80th Venice International Film Festival, “Dimore in cerca d'autore” arrives in the Fermo area with a new chapter that unites cinema, culture, and tourism, transforming historic homes into places of storytelling and experience. The choice of Palazzo Alaleona has a special significance : having belonged to the Alaleona family, of Parisian origins who arrived in Rome in the 15th century and moved here in the 17th, the palace is linked to the figure of the composer Domenico Alaleona (1881–1928), author of "Mirra," an innovative opera appreciated by Puccini and Mascagni. The letters exchanged with these masters are still preserved in the residence today. As part of the “Dimore in cerca d'autore – Cinetour” project, Palazzo Alaleona becomes not only a premier location, but part of a narrative that intertwines audiovisual media, local identity, and new forms of cultural enjoyment . This is supported by the Fondazione Marche Cultura – Marche Film Commission, which is committed to consolidating the Marche region's role as a land of cinema, culture, and beauty.

Impactful leadership and creative futures: UNESCO and Dior renew partnership to advance women’s leadership and savoir-faireOn 16 March, UNESCO and Dior renewed their partnership aiming to empower women leaders, cultivate the transmission of savoir-faire, and advance their mentorship programme. The agreement was signed by Delphine Arnault, Chairman and CEO of Christian Dior Couture and member of the LVMH Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee, and Khaled El-Enany, Director-General of UNESCO. They were joined by mentees from the Women@Dior & UNESCO programme, who shared their personal experiences and discussed the skills of the future, including creative leadership, social sustainability and transmission. The renewed partnership is structured around two core commitments: empowering women leaders and cultivating the transmission of savoir-faire. It builds on an initial five-year collaboration (2020–2025) and aligns with Dior’s participation in UNESCO’s Global Education Coalition since 2020. “Dior’s renewed partnership with UNESCO brings to life our shared values through concrete actions aimed at education and the transmission of savoir-faire for the empowerment of women. This ongoing alliance is driven by a durable ambition: that of making a meaningful and responsible impact around the world,” shares Delphine Arnault. Education is the passport to freedom. This programme will mark its 10th anniversary next year. Under the renewed agreement, both partners aim to expand educational content, strengthen mentor networks, and share methodologies developed through an impact assessment. Every young woman who enters this programme brings with her a unique story, a spark of creativity, and the determination to shape her own future. At UNESCO, we strive to give that spark the space to grow. Our partnership with Dior builds on this shared conviction that mentorship, education and culture are powerful drivers to support young women and uplift entire communities, The programme will mark its 10th anniversary next year. Now extending beyond its scope, the partnership aims to intensify joint actions by mobilizing all of UNESCO’s education, science and cultural programmes. Together, the two partners aim to scale up concrete actions that protect biodiversity, support local communities, and promote sustainable economic models across UNESCO-designated sites worldwide. La Spezia, March 20, 2026 – Baglietto Shipyard reaches a new milestone today, marking a decisive step in the company’s growth path. The launch of hull no. 10260, the first unit of the T60 model designed by Francesco Paszkowski Design — who also developed the interiors in collaboration with Margherita Casprini — represents the largest yacht ever built by the shipyard in its long history dating back to 1854. With her 60 meters in length and approximately 1.100 GT, she stands as a new benchmark for the brand. An event filled with emotion and pride, shared by all those in attendance: from the Owner, present with his family and friends, to the shipyard’s top management and the Gavio Group, owner of the brand. Numerous civil, regional and military authorities were also in attendance, including the Italian Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport Edoardo Rixi, the President of the Liguria Region Marco Bucci, accompanied by the Regional Councillor for Civil Protection Giacomo Raul Giampedrone, the Mayor of La Spezia Pierluigi Peracchini, the Prefect Andrea Cantadori and the Chief of Police Sebastiano Salvo. Also present was Lorena Bianchetti, already godmother of the shipyard’s 170th anniversary, along with representatives of the Armed Forces. Following speeches by the shipyard’s management, the Mayor of La Spezia and the President of the Region — all expressing their satisfaction for an achievement that represents a source of national pride — the Italian national anthem, “Il Canto degli Italiani”, performed by tenor Amadi Lagha, opened a deeply emotional moment that culminated in the traditional bottle-breaking ceremony by the yacht’s godmother. The sound of trumpets then marked the moment when the yacht touched the water. The launch was also conceived as a great celebration for the shipyard community. The ceremony was in fact open to all Baglietto employees and their families, who were able to witness first-hand the completion of a project to which each of them contributed over the years. Making the day even more special was the presence of numerous children from local primary and middle schools. A creative contest dedicated to them on the theme of the sea was organized with the support of the Municipality of La Spezia and Confindustria La Spezia. The final stage of the contest will take place on May 23, on the occasion of the World Boating Day, when the works created by the students will be presented and the winners will receive vouchers for the purchase of educational materials. “This launch,” commented Diego Michele Deprati, CEO of Baglietto, “represents an extraordinary milestone for our shipyard and for all the people who work every day with passion to support Baglietto’s growth. A launch is always a moment of great emotion because it crowns years of work and marks the realization of a dream — the owner’s dream, which becomes our own. Today, the emotion is also fueled by the awareness of having written another milestone in the history of this glorious shipyard. A special thought,” the CEO continued, “goes to the many young people who attended the ceremony. It is to them that we must look when we speak about the future of yachting: to their ideas, their curiosity and their ability to imagine the sea as a place of work, innovation and beauty. Our task is not only to build ever more ambitious yachts, but also to create opportunities and skills for the new generations who will carry this tradition forward.” With the launch of the first T60, Baglietto once again confirms its ability to combine tradition, innovation and industrial vision, projecting the shipyard toward new challenges and achievements in the international high-end yachting landscape. About hull #10260 With her 60 meters in length and approximately 1.100 GT, the T60 represents the natural evolution of the successful T52, reinterpreted in an innovative and forward-looking way. The soft lines appear even sleeker thanks to the powerful yet lightened side structures that seem almost “suspended,” blending into the structure of the external overhang. The characteristic black glass band incorporating the portholes — now a true leitmotif of Baglietto’s most recent creations — further enhances the yacht’s streamlined effect. The layout is completely innovative and conceived to eliminate the traditional separation between interior and exterior spaces. Full-height windows in the main salon and upper deck, fully retractable and entirely openable, transform the interiors into dynamic environments that continuously interact with the sea and the surrounding landscape. Onboard spaces can therefore evolve throughout the day: informal and open to outdoor living during daytime hours, more intimate and representative in the evening, while never losing direct contact with the water. The beach area, main salon and dining room are conceived as one large interconnected environment. A beach lounge of approximately 60 sqm, featuring a pool, bar, conversation area and gym, welcomes guests upon arrival and leads to the main salon through a spectacular open staircase. The result is a two-level space of nearly 100 sqm, complemented by the dining room with a fully opening glass wall, creating an extraordinary living area right at water level. The first T60 also introduces a particularly original configuration: the entire upper deck is dedicated to the owner and transformed into a fully walkable Owners’ deck. The owner’s suite is accessed from a central lobby where a glass elevator is also located. The suite includes a private office, walk-in wardrobe and a large bathroom with separate facilities. The sleeping area is surrounded by opening windows on three sides that lead directly to the private forward pool. Aft, the lounge area opens onto the outdoor dining table through fully retractable glass walls, while a Jacuzzi and a large sunbathing area complete this exclusive deck. Guest accommodations include four cabins on the main deck — two VIP and two guest cabins — while a fifth cabin is located on the lower deck. The same deck also houses a massage room, a large galley designed for haute cuisine and the crew quarters with crew mess, dinette and seven cabins for a total of 13 crew members. The entire under-lower deck is dedicated to technical and service areas, including storage spaces, a wine cellar, luggage storage and cold rooms. The wheelhouse is positioned on the sun deck, where the captain’s cabin, an additional dining area and large sunbathing areas both forward and aft are also located. The garage, situated at the bow of the main deck, can accommodate a 23-foot tender, two jet skis and a rescue tender. A touch-and-go helicopter platform is also located forward. The T60 is equipped with two CAT 3512 engines, allowing for a top speed of 16 knots and a cruising speed of 12 knots. Turning point in the making: Project 412 rolls out
Following Royal Huisman’s announcement for its new XXL commission in May last year, the shipyard team will be turning the main part of the Trident series hull number 2 at its Vollenhove facility. A FIRST GLIMPSE OF PROJECT 412’S SUPER-SIZED SCALE.A hallmark moment in any superyacht build, the hull turning reveals the true scale of Project 412 and marks the transition from primary structure to the next phases of outfitting and systems integration. She will be a super-sized 81m / 266ft sailing yacht. The aluminum hull construction features a distinctive chine from bow to stern. Created for a true sailing experience and world cruising, the contemporary flybridge schooner will be equipped with a state-of-the-art carbon rig supplied by Rondal, combining performance with sail-handling comfort and innovation. PROJECT 412 IN HALL 1 AT ROYAL HUISMAN, VOLLENHOVE.Project 412 is part of Royal Huisman’s successful Trident 810 series. It builds on a proven architectural platform, benefiting from the confidence that comes with an already engineered foundation. Having the original delivered in 2020 and the second one under construction, owners benefit both from a reliable, short project lead time: the opportunity to personalize and realize a fully bespoke superyacht, delivered in just three years. Peter Naeyé, CEO of Royal Huisman, comments: “Project 412 reflects the deep trust we value so highly from our clients, especially when an owner returns to build upon the proven architecture of Royal Huisman’s flybridge schooner. I am proud of our great team, who made this turning point possible within just ten months. We are looking forward to today’s important milestone as we bring her one major step closer to the water.” The Impact World Will Be In Paris...
