Melbourne, 31 January 2026 – As part of the women's final of the 2026 Australian Open, Thai singer and rapper and House Ambassador BamBam and American tennis legend Jennifer Capriati presented the Daphne Akhurst Memorial Cup trophy in their Louis Vuitton trophy case.

This was presented to Elena Rybakina after an intense three-set match against Aryna Sabalenka. During her victory at the Australian Open in Melbourne, Elena Rybakina was wearing the Vanguart Orb, featuring a rose gold case paired with a white rubber strap. A timepiece defined by balance, precision, and restraint — values that naturally mirror her class, composure, and approach to the game.

Carlos Alcaraz, Louis Vuitton ambassador, won the Australian Open in men's singles for the first time after a four-set match against Novak Djokovic. As part of the Opening Ceremony of the final, American actress and Louis Vuitton ambassador Chloë Grace Moretz, together with tennis legend Marat Safin, presented the iconic Norman Brookes Challenge Cup trophy, which was unveiled in her Louis Vuitton trophy case. For the occasion, Chloë Grace Moretz wore a black crinkled vinyl jacket with a matching skirt, white LV knot pumps, as well as Le Damier de Louis Vuitton fine jewelry earrings and a ring with yellow diamonds.
Handcrafted in the historic workshops of Asnières by Louis Vuitton's skilled artisans, the trophy case has protected and transported the trophy since the first day of this Grand Slam tournament. Embellished with the iconic Louis Vuitton monogram canvas, it is equipped with a brass lock, strips, corners and clasps, as the Maison has been using since the 1860s. The two front panels, which can be opened to reveal the trophy, are adorned with the immaculate white "V" for Victory and Vuitton. The inside of the case is lined with microfiber in the characteristic blue of the Australian Open, while the inside of the lid bears the white typography of the AO logo.
