Hublot welcomes chef Jorge Vallejo as Friend of the brand

Hublot announces Jorge Vallejo, (above) one of the world's most acclaimed chefs, as its new Friend of the Brand. Alongside his wife Alejandra Flores, Vallejo founded Quintonil, the restaurant that for over a decade has woven a dialogue between the memory and the vanguard of Mexican cuisine, bringing his culinary vision to the highest international standards. In 2025, Quintonil was awarded two Michelin stars and ranked third in The World's 50 Best Restaurants, cementing its place as a global gastronomic reference.

Winner of the Estrella Damm Chefs' Choice Award 2022 —the only accolade voted for by fellow chefs in The World's 50 Best Restaurants— Vallejo is regarded by his peers as one of today's most influential culinary figures.
