Set at one of the highest points of the caldera, Kaliya takes a thoughtful and ingredient-led approach to modern Greek cuisine, with a strong focus on seasonality, provenance, and relationships with local producers. The team works closely with fishermen across the Cyclades, sources directly from nearby farms, and also grows part of its produce within its own greenhouse and garden spaces, shaping a menu that feels deeply connected to Santorini and the surrounding region.
