Ocean investment can unlock change. HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco rounded off the day with a powerful call to invest in the ocean economy, noting that: "The ocean remains the most underfunded frontier in sustainable development." Highlighting that only two of the nine planetary boundaries remain unbreached, he argued that: "If this were a medical report, we'd be in intensive care." The Prince then challenged the audience: "Do not wait for permission, do not wait for consensus – build it, fund it, and scale it." Last Call to Join the World Expo of Solutions for the Planet!
