Zurich a meeting place for the gourmet elite

In the past nine editions of THE EPICURE, 111 guest chefs from 30 countries, with a total of 249 Michelin stars, have accepted the invitation of Michelin-starred chef Heiko Nieder. From September 9 to 14, 2025, Zurich will once again become a meeting place for the international gourmet elite.

On five evenings, "THE EVENINGS," Heiko Nieder will create an exclusive 8-course menu together with a guest chef – a unique fusion of two culinary styles. The gourmet festival concludes with "THE FINAL": a day of indulgence with live cooking stations from the guest chefs and their signature dishes, wines and champagnes paired with the dishes – carefully curated by sommelier Katharina Sarrot – and a selection of cocktails created by the guest bartenders. The experience will be complemented by additional food stalls and a Davidoff cigar lounge. Look forward to a top-class line-up – from celebrated stars to up-and-coming talents from the international culinary world.
